Woman charged with possession of knife in Hanley

A woman has been charged with weapon offences after we recovered a lock knife on #problemsolvingpolicing patrols in Stoke-on-Trent.

Keeley Dwyer, 25, of Norton, Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with possession of a knife in a public place.

It comes after officers searched a woman in Hanley on Monday (17 November).

Dwyer appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre yesterday (Tuesday 18 November) and has been remanded ahead of her next appearance at Cannock Magistrates’ Court on 26 November.
